A very warm welcome from everyone at Etwall Primary School
We welcome Mrs Bathgate, Ofsted Inspector, to our school on Thursday 23rd March 2017 and look forward to engaging with her during our school's inspection. It is an opportunity for us to celebrate the huge progress that the school has made over the 5 years and look forward to her valuable feedback as we continue our journey to excellence.
Our school is very happy and welcoming and provides a caring and nurturing environment for all children. It is a place where your child's happiness and safety are paramount and where every opportunity is given for their growth as individuals.
We do have very high expectations of our children. We work hard with our parents, governors, children and wider community to ensure their success. We are a medium size village school and have a shared set of values and educational experiences and a real sense of pride in our school and our village and their wider community.
We encourage each child to be the best they can be and take on a wide range of responsibilities as they move through the school. We aim to find every child's talent and instill in them a real love of learning and equip them with the skills, knowledge and understanding needed to ensure life long success.
You are welcome to come and see us at work. We are a GOOD school with many outstanding features and are on a journey to excellence.
