These are your Anti-Stigma Ambassadors. If you are feeling sad or a little bit down, you can find one of them and they will talk to you and try to make you feel better.
Mental wellbeing is about feeling good. Feeling that life is going well and feeling able to get on with everyday things. To be able to deal with life’s ups and downs; to be able to learn; enjoy friendships; to meet challenges; to develop talents and capabilities. Your Anti-Stigma Ambassadors are there to help you achieve this.
Our anti-stigma ambassadors have recently been working on a mental health policy for pupils. They thought about the following questions and wrote a policy with Mrs Giles, our Inclusion Lead, so that all pupils could benefit from their expertise and their advice.
Mental Health and Wellbeing

4. How do we know when we are not OK?
5. What can we do to look after our own mental health?
6. How can we help our friends and other children in our school?
7. What can we do if we need further support
