Etwall Primary School

Young Leaders

Welcome to our Young Leaders page!

At Etwall Primary, our Young Leaders play a really special role in shaping the life of our school. They are kind, responsible and enthusiastic pupils who step forward to help others, share ideas and make a positive difference every single day.

Being a Young Leader is about much more than a badge or a title. It gives our children the opportunity to develop important life skills such as teamwork, communication, confidence and resilience. Whether they are supporting younger pupils, helping to organise events, leading activities or sharing the pupil voice, they are actively contributing to our school community and learning what it means to be a responsible citizen.

This work is a key part of their Personal Development, helping them grow not only academically but also socially and emotionally. Through their roles, our Young Leaders learn how to take initiative, show empathy, solve problems and represent the values we hold dear as a school.

We are incredibly proud of the wide range of ways our Young Leaders get involved. From organising playground activities to welcoming visitors or helping with school events, their contributions make a real difference and help our school to be a happy, caring and inclusive place for everyone.

Take a look at this page to find out more about what our Young Leaders have been up to—we hope you enjoy celebrating their fantastic work with us!
